15+ years of building

    • Led the UX/UI overhaul and design strategy for complex mobile apps and responsive platforms, working directly with stakeholders.
    • Scaled the UX/UI design department of a 15-person company and introduced agile design workflows that sped up delivery.
    • Designed and built front-end experiences on custom WordPress setups, for a smooth design-to-development handoff.
    • Set up and maintain component-driven design systems in Figma across all products.
    • Co-founded and ran a digital design agency: product strategy, client consulting and end-to-end design for 50+ e-commerce and web applications.

I’ve co-founded a design agency, built a design department from the ground up for a pan-European logistics SaaS, and today I design and build products at Smartup in Thessaloniki. What ties it together: design that maximizes ROI, and teams that ship it.
